TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
The integral systems are complete solutions for the treatment of water and effluents oriented to the specific characteristics of a certain industry. After several years of experience and the know-how provided by our customers, ACQUATRON has designed process technology that allows innovative modular integration, simplifying installation, with accurate and coordinated readings, reducing installation, maintenance and repair costs. It optimizes the result of the water treatment, synchronizing the different readings, when using the reading of a sensor to modify the parameter of another instrument used in the same process, or by varying the dosage of a chemical product.
In addition, it has data transmission systems that allow viewing, registering, and modifying parameters remotely, entering via PC, Tablet or cell phone, through username and password.

REGISTRATION, CONTROL AND REMOTE ALARM:
By using telemetry equipment it is possible to connect ACQUATRON systems remotely, through Ethernet, or cellular (GSM) communication. All the fields can be visualized and controlled through our web server, entering with username and password. Here the readings of the different sensors are stored in time, being able to divide the process plants in different screens, and enabling the different users in the different possible levels (visualization, control and modification of secondary variables, control and modification of main variables).
Also, it allows users to receive alarms by email or text message before any relevant variation.
DOSAGE AND CONTROL:
You can integrate all the variables that your process requires, combining temperature data to compensate pH readings, pH data to compensate bacteriological effects of chlorine, pressure measurements to determine opening or closing of valves, flow measurements to perform batch processes or timed, or others.
